Soon it will be patch day again and CCP will bring us Eve Online Tyrannis. After ready some stuff about the planetary interaction i can say that it will be very interesting. Especially for those in 0.0 running a POS.
Production on planets will give you the ability to produce POS fuel. This make living in 0.0 a bit easier again. From what I heard you can produce your own robotics and such POS requirements. So now you can mine the Icebelts for Heavy water and Isotopes, and do some planet mining for the other fuels. I have no idea if all the fuels can be made on the planets, so there might still be some stuff you need to get from empire.
